Villa is located in Biniancolla on the Spanish island of Menorca. This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms along with private swimming pool (South Facing) and sea views. The villa is walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Layout

Villa is a two-storey villa with a private infinity pool and large wooden deck which is partially sheltered and has outdoor furnishings, outdoor cooking/dining facilities, and a lawn. On the ground floor are three bedrooms (a double bedroom, and two twin bedrooms) each with ensuite shower room and WC. On the first floor is a large living/dining area, kitchen, WC, and access to deck and bbq area.

Living Room

The living room has sofas, WiFi Internet, Satellite TV, DVD player and dining area. There are patio doors to the pool terrace along with sea views.

Kitchen

The kitchen features: granite work-tops, full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a Barbecue.

Bedrooms

Villa has 3 air conditioned bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is air conditioned with a double bed. En suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is air conditioned with 2 single beds. En suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is air conditioned with 2 single beds. En suite bathroom. Villa can sleep up to 6 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)
