Directly adjacent to the pool is the large covered terrace with its patio table and chairs and also houses the purposely built-in BBQ, giving welcoming shade from the sun, making this a perfect place for outdoor al fresco eating. Both the terrace, pool and garden area have nice views of the mountains beyond.

Adjacent to the terrace is an exterior shower room. The villas utility room is located at the back of the villa.
