Beautiful townhouse with terrace and pool located in the Urbanization Verano Azul, 10 minutes walk from Burriana Beach.
This house has a terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun.
This house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor is the main bedroom of the house with double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. Next to the master bedroom there is a bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor there is also the living room of the house, which has two comfortable sofas, dining table and TV. Next to the living room there is a nice modern kitchen fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, etc.
On the upper floor of the house are the other two bedrooms, both with two single beds each. Next to the bedrooms there is a nice bathroom with shower.
_________The Apartments are part of the Verano Azul Urbanization, located in the center of Nerja. It is a quiet urbanization, in a family environment, since Nerja is the right place to relax and enjoy holidays. The apartments are open all year round, together with the two swimming pools of the urbanization that provide our clients the possibility of enjoying pool, sun and beach during all the months of the year.
The Verano Azul Urbanization is located in Nerja, in the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, next to the Sierra Tejeda and Almijara Natural Park. The distance to Sierra Nevada, just 1 hour by highway, makes these apartments a privileged location for both summer and winter. It is possible to enjoy a day of skiing in the winter in the Sierra Nevada and in an hour to be tasting a paella on the beach. From ski boots to sandals in a now, that is only possible in a place like Nerja.
The apartments are the ideal place for families, couples who want to rest or those who travel alone and prefer a quiet and safe environment.
