The very bright and lighty Villa is located in the area of Siller in Puerto Pollensa and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and restaurants and closeby to the beautiful beach of Puerto Pollensa.

This 3 bedroom Villa boasts a spacious pool terrace where you can relax in the mediterranean sunshine whilst enjoying the glorious mountain views. This centrally located Villa has the added benefit of air condinting in all bedrooms and Free Wifi.

Villa is reached by a small country lane. The Villa lies in its own attractive grounds and is conveniently close to the beach, effectively combining all the essential elements of a relaxing villa holiday.

Entrance through the gates leades to a covered porch and the front door. At the back of the Villa there is a vine-covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and leads through double patio doors into a spacious lounge, with a feature stone wall and log burning stove.

There is a large fully-equipped kitchen adjactant, complete with walk in larder and wooden units with marble worktops.

On ground floor ther is a double bedroom and a bathroom A spiral staircase leads up from the dining area to the mezzanine level where there is a double bedroom with great mountain views and a twin bedroom overlooking the private pool, both sharing a bathroom with shower.

All bedrooms have air conditioning at no extra costs. In line with local energy saving initiatives, la Villa has timed air condioning on all units from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h.

The exterior has an abundance of flowers and plants. To the side of the pool area is the bricked BBQ and seating, for those balmy Mediterranean evenings dining alfresco or lunches in the shade.

In Pollen?a you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollen?a’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.

Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.

In Cala Sant Vicen? (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicen? has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
