It has 3 well-ventilated and bright rooms, all with enough space to store your luggage and other travel accessories: It has a cozy double room with a family bathroom; a double room with a view to the pool and garden, and another double room with a family bathroom. All bedrooms include air conditioning/heating system at no additional cost. In compliance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed the air conditioning to run from 9pm to 8am and 2pm to 4pm.

Villa also offers some entertainment and amenities, such as tennis-table, satellite TV, board games and free WIFI. You will definitely love its rural dining room, where you can have breakfast o brunch listening to the birds chirping or dine under the stars.

The kitchen includes all the cookware for your stay: dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, kettle, gas oven, and cutlery for cooking and eating.

The bay of Puerto Pollensa boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from. During the daytime you can relax on the beach or for the more active you can hire a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go normal water-skiing or jet-biking.

In Cala Sant Vicen? (or just Cala as it is known to locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four little coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenc has spectacular views and crystalline water.
