Villa place at your disposal four nice furnished bedrooms and a fantastic lounge area with modern comfort in addition to the gorgeous pool, the cozy barbecue area and the splendid garden. Villa has a very big garden with lawn area and plants, enjoy mother nature!

When visiting you realize that Villa has been settled for the perfect living together of all family members. It is divided up in two floors, the entry into the lounge decorated with modern and hand made restored furniture with access to a modern and fully equipped kitchen with all devices to make the most of your holiday. From this area you can reach to the terrace, barbacue and the pool, which also has a big wood table to enjoy dinner under the open sky. On the ground floor there is also one full equipped bathroom.

Enjoy with you loved ones the entertainment lounge, finely furnished with comfortable sofas where you can enjoy all kinds of international broadcasts on the flat-screen TV with satellite signal. Villa offers unlimited free WIFI for use.

On the upstairs floor there are located the four bedrooms. One spacious suite with a private toilet and a big bath, and three twin bedrooms with a third fully equipped family bathroom. The rooms has views to the valleys and mountains of Pollensa and pool views.

All Villa bedrooms have an air-conditioner system. In line with local energy saving initiatives, la Villa has timed air condioning on all units from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h.

Villa is located in the privileged area of Son Brull, where there is also the luxury hotel (independent of the villa), just 2km to Pollensa Old town where you will find a variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and many traditional shops with typical welcoming ambiences. This old town is renowned for its beauty and folklore. Any Sunday, Could you visit its open-air market and find fresh farm products.

Puerto Pollensa beach is just 10 minutes from the Villa, a perfect place to settle back on the beach, practice water sports like kayaking, jet skiing or taking boat to tour. Take a dive a bit further at Cala San Vicente for its clear waters.
