Really cozy 2 bedroom cottage, recently renovated and totally independ. The villa?s best features are its exterior views and its nice Mediterranean style and furnishing. The Finca is located in a great secluded countryside setting, yet only a short drive from the picturesque village of Campanet away and less than a 20minutes drive from nice beaches. From the nice garden you have fantastic views to the nearby hilltops. The Villa has air conditioning and Free Wifi.

The outside space by the poolside of Villa is perfect for enjoying a sunbathing or a swim. You can enjoy under the shaded terrace with wooden ceilings at the entrance nice lunches or BBQ events with your family or friends. Villa is the real Majorca experience close to the Tramuntana mountains, declared as Unesco World Heritage since 2011.

The living space has a traditional but very exclusive Spanish vibe, with high beamed ceilings, a traditional fireplace and comfortable seatings with patio doors open to the terrace. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a small breakfast table for enjoying the morning coffee with views to the mountains.

Villa has 2 nice decorated bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, each continuing the tipical Mallorcan theme with high beamed ceilings. All bedrooms includes air conditioning. In line with local energy saving initiatives, la Villa has timed air condioning on all units from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h. There are 2 bathrooms byside.

Another highlight is the beautiful bricked outside kitchen with integrated BBQ, perfect to prepare delicous Mediterranean dishes.

The picturesque village of Campanet preserves its most extraordinary treasures not in the village itself but in its mountainous surroundings at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana?: The artesian source "Ses Fonts Ufanes", in English, the "magnificent sources". The second attraction is the dripstone cave of Campanet. It is a "natural" natural spectacle, without colorful light bulbs and music, but all the more interesting.

In Pollen?a you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollen?a’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant. Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.

Alc?dia is a beautiful historic village, surrounded with old roman houses and antique buildings, such as a roman theatre The weekly market is always on Saturday to discover local food and ingredientes. Beaches are also of a ‘5 stars’ quality in this town, from long sandy ones to private small calas.
