Villa is located in Pollensa on the Spanish island of Mallorca. This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms along with private swimming pool.

Layout

The villa is set over 2 floors and is surrounded by extensive totally private grounds offering a swimming pool, lawn, Mediterranean trees such as orange, mandarin, lemon, figs and persimmon. Ground floor: living room with adjoining dining area, kitchen, outdoor dining areas at the front and at the rear of the villa.Upper floor: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins), 2 family bathrooms, spacious terrace overlooking the pool and the garden.

The living room has sofas, WiFi Internet, Satellite TV, DVD player and dining area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features: full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a Barbecue.

Bedrooms

Villa has 3 air conditioned bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is air conditioned with a double bed. Bedroom 2 is air conditioned with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 is air conditioned with 2 single beds. Villa can sleep up to 6 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)

Villa has 2 Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 is a family bathroom, bath with shower. W/C. Bathroom 2 is a family bathroom, bath with shower. W/C. Maid service, bath towels and hand towels are included.

Swimming Pool

The generously sized pool is surrounded by a sunbathing area furnished with 6 sunbeds and shades. Size: 6.5m x 6.5m Depth: 1.9m Access: Roman Steps

Additional Pool Features: Pool Shower, Sun Beds and Pergola. There is also a Barbecue. The pool, as well as the whole property, is totally private, with no neighbouring properties overlooking. An additional sunbathing area is available in the garden, to enjoy the breeze and the unspoilt nature of Mallorca. There is also a complete, outdoor bathroom that can be accessed from the pool area.
