Villa is a typical Mallorcan 2 storey farmhouse that has been converted set on large grounds with commanding views of the countryside beyond, yet approx a mere 10 mins drive to old town Pollensa with its abundance of restaurants, and chic side walk cafes. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa, Cala St. Vincent, Alcudia not far away.
The Villas private entry gates lead you into extensive grounds. Entry door leads into a large entertaining/eating room which its large modern glass dining table, the room has one wall of glass sliding doors that open out onto a partially covered terrace that faces the gardens and pool and BBQ, this area is ideal for entertaining due to its direct access out to pool, garden and BBQ.
To the left of this room is a double bedroom with its delightful pale blue d?cor and free standing wardrobe. Adjacent is a super bathroom with its extra large walk in shower recess.
Door leads out of the entertaining zone, directly into a wonderful light and spacious open- plan TV and lounge room decorated with its trendy style sofas and chairs, this room also has one wall of large glass sliding doors that open onto the large partially covered terrace which is an excellent area for al fresco eating with its nicely styled patio table and chairs, having direct to pool and gardens.
Sloping down ramp off the lounge -TV room, leads you into the super modern, stylish kitchen with breakfast table and chairs. On the left a door leads off the kitchen to a large utility room.
A door leads off the kitchen into a reading room. On the right french doors leads out to covered terrace, with access to pool and gardens, on the left french doors open out into a vestibule area.
To the right of the vestibule area is a delightful twin bedroom in its colour scheme of tangerine and black with feature black iron bedhead, and free standing wardrobe.
Stairs lead up from the vestibule to the bedroom quarters.
At the top of stairs, a step up on the right leads into the fabulous master bedroom which includes, fitted wardrobes,and open- plan designed private en suite shower room. On entering the room, on the left door opens into the double bedroom zone with its stylish red and black decor, a step up to french doors that open out onto an uncovered balcony with beautiful stunning views of the mountains and countryside beyond. To the right is the separate wash bowl area and step in shower recess, behind this area is the WC and bidet.
A step up at the top of the stairs on the left leads you an inner corridor, on the left is a complete bathroom in stylish muli colour tiles, with shower over the bath.
Further along the corridor again the left is a large twin bedroom decorated in beige and peach with its feature stripe multicolour head board and fitted wardrobes.
The super pool with its turquoise water, has a poolside shower nearby, is set and surrounded by lawns on three sides as well as paving at the front of the Villa. There are plenty of established trees and palm trees for shade.
Adjacent to the pool is the free standing brick BBQ, ideally located for al fresco entertaining, both the pool and BBQ enjoy lovely views of the surrounding countryside and mountains.
Villa due to its lay-out gives the impression of a long ranch style house, located in an appreciated idyllic countryside location not far from old town Pollensa, its stylish mix of traditional and modern furnishings, adds to the ambience of this property, with excellent outside entertaining areas, although this country villa is semi-detached, not unusual for traditional farmhouse style properties, you have your own private entrance gates leading into the Villa which is set on extensive gardens and grounds, the property is not directly overlooked and the overall design of the villa still allows privacy and space. An ideal Villa due to its layout for larger families or groups as comprises double bedroom and bathroom downstairs, which allows privacy when friends sharing the villa. A truly lovely villa.
